OK, so I want a PO Box for my privacy, however, I like the convenience of my own mailbox... do they offer a service to forward my PO Box mail to my home???

I don't understand why you would want to do that, since either way the mail would end up in your mailbox.

Yes, you could fill in an address forwarding card.

Be careful however, organizations who send mail address correction requested, could then, get your home address once again, defeating the purpose.

In addition, some organizations won't deliver products to po boxes such as credit cards, etc.

No.

You have to pick them up at the post office. One of the benefit of the PO box is, your mail stays at the post office - much more secure than your mail sitting in your mail box at home.
