Regarding deals and packages for touring India, it is your choice, preference, budget, time, convenience etc. which matter the most. A few answerers at Yahoo!Ans are extremely against deals and packages while a good majority are in favour of them. You have to assess for yourself what suit you the best.
Once you decide on your travel - time, period of stay, locations, budget etc you can shortlist from many options as plenty of offers are always there, and the deal prices differ from time-to-time.
