i am a ex-con who did 10 years. i am now off of parole doing well,and trying to start my own company. i would like to know are there any goverment funding that could help me?

Head over to http://www.firstgov.gov/ and click on "benefits and grants" to find programs that can be helpful.

It may really depend on your state. I heard in church one Sunday about program like this. That is the only time I have heard of such a thing. I would check local churches as well as the Dept of Human Services.

It is a shame how hard it is for those who have served their time and have changed, don't get the opportunity to start life over. Good luck!!

i don't know but good luck. sometimes it seems like a felony conviction can haunt you forever, and I appluad you for turning your life around! :)
