3) Spanish-speaking isn't the same as from Spain. People from all over South America speak Spanish and have never been to Spain, but a Spanish person is someone from Spain.

Get legal to what or where?
to their own country
Turn 18 or some countries require 16
they all give you an ID aswell
but this basically depends on your country's goverment

You have to do EXACTLY what the non-Spanish people have to do to get legal.

Go see an immigration consultant.
