Not gonna happen, and the reason is simple: there is no reason to do so. Besides the elections are coming up soon and the President would not to endanger his parties reputation anymore then he all ready has done over the last six and half years. Use spell check man.

Marshall Law is already enforced in certain areas. For instance the perimeter around Area 51 outside of Rachel, Nevada (northeast of Las Vegas). They shoot first and/or haul you away and ask questions later. Anywhere there is a secret military installment, you are going to have Marshall Law.

Marshal law would be impossible to establish in a country the size of the US. At most, it could be enforced at the city level.
