I dunno, I don't think it can all be boiled down to one cuss word, ok? I think a lot of it is just behavioral.

Consider....that a while back, a few months ago, I was on the bus, riding up to the grocery store to get some groceries, minding my own business....when the kids, teenagers really, started talking trash about me, about how "I stank", "How I smelled," and "How I looked like a monkey", when I knew damn well I had brushed my teeth, bathed, used deodorant, the works....

And then the little pecker-heads had the nerve to break out some crap from Victoria's Secret and spray it on me....never mind that *nobody else* on the damn bus was complaining about me, not even the driver mind you....

The thing....these were Mall Brats of One Color, and I was of another. And that is about as politely as I can put it. Truth is, one of them just blurted out, "And if he says anything we'll get his whiteass kicked off the bus," and that just sealed the deal for me.

This wasn't about hygiene, this was about folks attacking me for my color, and being such passive-aggressive hypocrites about it that they couldn't just get up in my face, call me a cracker to my face and be done with it, because then it becomes *their* attitude and their problem.

And I admit, ok, I may be an easy target. I'm dirt poor (online courtesy of a donated computer), currently stuck living in public housing, the works...

but. Why do I have to tolerate this? I have bent over *backwards* to not be bigoted and racist since third grade, and yet it doesn't matter now, now folks of One Color feel it is Open Season on those of another, that they can just *attack* people and get away with it.

Really, I have three neighbors in my building, all of them white and physically disabled (two in wheel chairs, a third with cerebral palsy who has one good arm and leg to his name) who have ALL been attacked by these *gangsta* wannabe kids these days, and yet they turn around and expect, nay DEMAND that you be nice to them.

I've had enough. I've tried too hard, too long, not to hate sight unseen, on principle, but damn, this is old, mean, hurtful and the *textbook definition* of hypocrisy. Not to mention it is a *real* show of weakness that you can only attack cripples or diss people on a bus where the driver doesn't have the guts to stand up and do the right thing....

Why not just get in my face, and tell me you hate my guts on principle, huh? Just get it done already so I have a *reason* to return the favor and *break off a limb of yours* because I am not physically crippled like your *usual victims* as of late.

And to think I donated to Katrina relief openly and freely. And to think my older sister busts her tail working for the Salvation Army to help you. WTF?

But I digress....it isn't about the words.

It is about the deeds. The behavior. See?

The worst way of addressing a woman is by yelling at her these exact words --> "Aye girl, you look good, can I get yo number..." Uugh I hate it when the guys around my house do that, I mean really, do people think thats attractive. I want somebody to address me like they have sense. If you want to get to know me, please say something like this --> "Excuse me miss, I happened to notice you, and I thought you were attractive, may I call you sometime, if you dont mind me obtaining your number." Something like that, sounds more polite and approachable.
