Unfortunately, baseball is broke. Many of the most cherished records in the game are being tarnished by the steroid era. Bud Selig was too much of a pansy to do anything about it; it literally took acts of Congress to clean the game up.

baseball is broke because big market teams own the league. Small market teams dont have a chance because as soon as they develop good players, they cant afford to pay them, and they go to a higher market team. That is why the Yankees are always going to be contenders. Maybe not as great this year, but they still have the talent. MLB shouldnt worry about steroids and start figuring a way to limit spending, and balance the playing field a little bit

Uh, not quite sure what you're referring to here... I assume it is the whole steroid thing. It should be "fixed" to ensure that all players are on the same playing field. I mean, what does it mean that Barry Bonds has gottena whole bunch of home runs on steroids when Hank Aaron or Babe Ruth did the same feat without the help of enhancers?

If you're talkinga bout the ridiculous pay baseball players recieve, well, then it can only be "fixed" based on the market.

Otherwise, I don't know what you're talking about as you gave no info in your question.
