Try the baking soda trick, and if not, wash out the microwave with a cleaner, and then try a very strong tea bag, like chi vanilla, put it on a plate with a little water, and cook for 2 min.! A very neat trick with a potent tea that smells great! Also makes your home smell good! If nothing else, try mixing Cinnamon, cloves, mint, ginger, and dill weed, add water, and cook the same way! Best bet, keep an eye on your macaroni

get some microwave cleaner or an All-Purpose cleaner and spray away. Let the spray soak for at least 10 minutes. Once 10 mins. are up, clean away and you should be fine. If not, go to the local thrift store and buy another one for $10.

Try washing it with baking soda and water. If that doesn't work put an open box of baking soda in the microwave and let it absorb the odor. Do not turn on the microwave with the baking soda in it.

Wipe it out with vinegar. Leave the door open for a while and the vinegar smell will go away too.

Sorry, but the only way I know is to clean the inside of the oven, then "cook" a chicken pot pie in it... who doesn't like their coffee tasting a little like chiken pot pie?!!!

Sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on a plate and nuke it.
Or a few slices of lemon.
