i own a 72 cutlass which i lost the keys to, no im not a car theive,lol

hook a wire from the battery over to the hot side of the coil. Then use a pliars to jump across the starter solenoid while pumping the throttle linkage on the side of the carb. That should get you started, but it's sure going to be hard to steer with the lock on there, not to mention getting it into gear.

If you have a steering lock you are SOL.
However your best bet is to call a locksmith and bite the bullet, unless you like fires and short circuits.

there r plenty of ligit companies that will help u out, u dont need to hotwire ur own car lol
