I have a mp3 file that I use in my cellphone as a ringtone but it sounds quite low and I was wondering if there is some way to modify such mp3 and increase its volume in order to make it sound louder

rip it to wma, increase sound, convert back to mp3 with max sound

yah download a program called uhhh.. mp3 gain
