I am 33 and going grey!!!!
Since I am married I dont care because niether does my wife!
However, I am planning on dyeing it when we go to my wifes high school reunion!
When I am around people who know me i dont mind. however, i dont want it to be a focal point around people i dont know.
Grey is fine at 50 not as good at 30!!!

I color my hair to cover the grey. It started changing when I was about 26....I didnt want to look old so I covered the grey. I am 42 now and people still think I am my oldest son's girlfriend when we go anywhere.....I used to go to those carnival games...the one where they try to guess your age....and I would make my kids stay away.....they say they can guess within 5 years......They have NEVER guess even close to my age...as a matter of fact.....last weekend...a friend and I went into a liqueur store to get drinks for a party...and I got carded....it was great........makes an old woman like me feel good.

Hmm- well, popular culture these days tends to center on youth and beauty. Which means that they're going to try to look young as long as possible. I agree that it is silly. In fact, some people I've seen who try to look young end up looking still old- and various kinds of 'not beautiful'.
Some of the most gorgeous hair I've ever seen was grey or silvery-white.

I think gray hair is beautiful! And many women spend a lot of money dying their hair that same color. And you don't have to be old to have gray hair. I know, because I have gray (or almost white) hair, and I am not THAT old. Ha! Seriously, I think it's very pretty. I think some (or most ) women associate it with age.

I think it's okay to dye hair if it looks natural. Some people look good with gray hair. Some men look good bald. It's all good.

That is a good question - I have some gray and many people say it;s nice on a man however; at jobs and interviews it leaves you open to age discrimination faster for sure
