Don't eat after 6:30 pm or at least 4 hours before you go to sleep. Try to keep under 1000 calories a day. You should be able to eat what you want this way but just keep everything in moderation and really learn to eat slowly and actually enjoy the food so you'll feel fuller faster and easier. Don't eat in front of the TV or computer because people usually just stuff their faces this way. Never skip breakfast, a good option for breakfast would either be some fruit or oatmeal. Have a big lunch around 1-3pm because this is usually when the body gets hungry. Don't have a big dinner. Fish and streamed veggies are a good option. And oh yeah, no alcohol.

Nice to know that you have thought about being physically fit. The objective should be to reduce and maintain a healthy body. The weight reduction / increase will automatically happen.

Avoiding too much of Fried and Fast Foods should help.

Avoiding too much of Soft Drinks and Food Stuff loaded with sugar is also good.

Avoiding Red Meat for a while also can help.

Exercises like walking, running, weight training helps tone the body.

On the whole, it might be a good idea to have a first hand advice from a qualified medical practioner / doctor to rule out any possible problems related to one's physical fitness.

I am not sure in pounds how much 8 kg is... but I lost 16 pounds in June by doing a 9 day body clease. Check your local health food stores for cleanse products. (We used Isagenix products that we got through our chiropractor's office.)

I have kept my calorie intake to about 1500 a day, and I have severely limited my consumption of breads and sugars. I also gave up my Diet Coke habit (which was actually easier than I thought it would be). Fruits and vegetables and protein.... that's what I am eating now.

You might also increase your exercise to a couple additional times per week to maximize your weight loss.

Try it and see how you do. Good luck!
