It's hard to say, the best thing to do would be check the many FAQs online for ghostly phenomenon and find out if what you're facing is similar. There is an example one listed at the bottom

First you see stuff moving around your house and no one moving it and you see shadows.

you may hear unknown voices or see things being moved with nobody touching them or u see anybody unknown or white in ur house.
