My friend had her last period June 12 thru the14.?
Ever since then she has not recieved a period! She says she spotted, very light pink for 3 days starting July 4 thru the 6. She says her stomache has been cramping, minor headaches, lower back pain and tingly nipples with little bumps on them. It has been 42 days without her period, and she took a pregnacy test on sunday and it came up negative. Is it possible for her still to be pregnant? She has unprotected sex with her husband just about every day! Can this happen, can her hcg not be high enough yet, has this happened to any women out there. She claims she feel pregnant she feels more tired than usual, and has the same amount of stress as usual. What can be wrong, has this happened to any of you or anyone you know?

she should go to her doctor and have a blood pregnancy test--she sounds pregnant to me and sometimes those over the counter tests can fail, although not often---double check it out :)

Yes she could still be pregnant she could be not very far along, in the event she ovulated late. She should try a pregnancy test that tests about 20 IU of HCG and use her first morning urine. She could also be having what is known as a chemical pregnancy where the egg is fertilized and the hormones start to produce but the egg does not implant in the uterus. This happens more often than people think.

Yes, it's possible for her to still be pregnant even with a negative test. Sometimes it takes a long time for levels to register on the test. Some woman claim they didn't turn up positive until 3 months. If her cycles are usually normal and this is very long, she could be pregnant. Or, if she had a stressful situation, it could have delayed ovulation and therefore the long cycle. I would have her see a doctor if it continues.

Cramping, Lower back pain and headaches are all signs of period. I am 22 years of age and my period only last 3 days and I have a little boy who is a year now. SO she maybe having her period you don't always have to have a heavy period!!!!
You could also be pregnant sooo you might want to see a doctor!!

She can be pregnant, and it sounds like she is. It may be there is just not enough HCG in her system yet. This happened to me, almost exactly. But with me, I got a postitive one after awile, why I was home by myself and the fiance was out of town. She may go to see the doctor and get a blood test, and then she will know for sure. Good Luck!!

Some women will never have high enough hcg levels to detect a pregnancy with a urine test. A blood test would tell you for sure 100%. :) Congrats if she is :)
PS First Morning Urine has the highest hormone concentration tell her to test then

oh yes, it happened to me, it sounds pretty munch like your friend's got a bun in the oven...those are very positive signs of a pregnancy, but ot could be something else too. maybe the test came out neg bc her hormone levels are too low now, she needs to go to a dr and get an ultrasound or a blood test and not ask you to ask a bunch of strangers on the net, she's a grown woman!

I think this is serious she should go to the doctor because not all pregnancy test are correct. If she has pregnant-like symptoms and they don't go away contact a doctor or a family member.

if she did a pregnancy test and it was negative and she still feels sick then she needs to go to the doctor to see what is really wrong with her.
