You have to first find a way to get calories while at work or other. You can try protein or weight gainer drinks and bars. It's important to remember that your body goes into two stages that you should be aware of.Anabolic when you have a positive nitrogen balance and catabolic(muscle wasting) when you have a negative nitrogen balance.A positive nitrogen balance is maintained by ingesting a good quality protein every three hours. This is vital. You must also keep your caloric intake above your daily requirements.I had to consume 7000 calories per day to gain but that may be excessive for you.Concentrate on big compound movements like squat, dead lift, bench and barbell rows.Do your isolation at the end of your workout and get your rest. That's when you grow.Take a day in between big workouts and train each body part intensely once a week only.If you work out hard enough you will need a week to recover.

You're going to need to carry protein bars with you when you go to work. In the morning have a good breakfast with oats or wheat. Bananas are great for potassium so enjoy that with your breakfast. I drink a protein shake every morning with breakfast. Have a multivitamin handy for missing nutrients and just keep pumping it. Dinner will be your best opportunity so try to get in some high quality whey protein along with healthy food. Eat six times a day and try to find out what your body needs as far as calories. I don't know how big you are so you'll have to add up the numbers and see what you need.

I say some trenabol acetate, sustanon 250, deca durabolin and some anadrol 50. You'll gain mass and look vascualr not all puffy.

seriously, you need to eat. eat, eat and eat. You'll have to find a way to get those calories, carbs, and proteins in during work. Try MRPs.
