No you jackazz, "who dey" is from when the Bungles were good. They would chant "who dey think gonna beat dem benglas?". "who dey" stuck. They thought they were going all the way last year and started the chant again....until they crossed the STEELERS!!! We knew we were going to beat them and answered their chant with "The Stillers gonna beat dem bungles".
