I wanted to get Lasek for my eyes. I can't because me eyes keep changing and getting worse. My perscription is getting stronger and stronger. I heard there were some exercises for you eyes to strenghten them so you wouldn't have to wear contacts anymore. Is this true? Where can I find this alternative medicine for my eyes? If there are any books what are the titles?

I assume you are nearsighted (myope) and that is why your Rx is getting worse and worse - and that you are younger than 30 - myopia tends to level off in the mid 20's.
Myopia is caused by either your eye being too long and/or the shape of your cornea. It does not have anything to do with your eye muscles (which hold the eye in place and let you look in different directions) so eye exercises are not going to help to improve the length or shape of your eye!
If there was something besides surgery to improve myopia - trust me, me and lots of my classmates would be doing it!
Sorry!

Look up Dr. Mercola on the internet. He has a program to change your eyesight without surgery.
