I think there's something seriously wrong with him. Maybe he is mentally ill - either way he is easy to control it seems. No wonder he is the president. Just watch this video:

Wouldn't it be nice if people actually answered the question instead of telling me their opinion of George Bush.

I know he is a dumb-***, but I feel bad for him because I thnk he has a very weak character that is absolutely unsuitable for running this country. He is easily swayed and controlled, but I feel bad for him being taken advatage of like that. He is mentally ill.

PS. isn't it annoying that a. s. s. is censored? What if I want to talk about donkeys?

I feel concern for President Bush, after all, he entered the Presidency with only half, or less, of the popular vote.
He is certainly not perfect and has erred on some of his critical decisions; however, I truly believe his heart is in the right place.
I cannot argue his intelligence (he's smarter than I am) and I cannot argue his professionalism because he works with many of the brightest the Country can offer.
The "proof" I would argue about his policies is that he is altering his behavior on some subjects as a result of partisan pressures.
His war footing against terrorists is sound. We must win a position of strength against it and I believe that everyone recognizes Islam's whole political spectrum is dedicated to "cleansing" all those who oppose them.
I live in hope.

If he is mentally ill, he should not be running our country. Bush, Sr. ran the country for Reagan when he was in office with Alzheimers for a number of years (of which was not revealed to the public at that time). I feel sorry for American citizens for what we've had to endure for the past six years, watching our nation crumble under the leadership of someone who lives in the "present" all the time, never thinking back or forward.

What's happening to President Bush is that he has to deal with so many irrational venomous people hating him. Part of that comes with the office, I've never seen a President who hasn't to deal with that in some way. But it's a big reason why so many qualified people simply don't want to run for, or hold the office.

I don't think the movie proves anything. Bush looks like he is giving a speech in the earlier footage, something he has memorized. In the later footage, he is under the pressure of a debate or answering reporters' questions. Give us some footage of him answering questions ten years ago. Maybe he had just as much trouble with the pressure then. Maybe he was always deficient.

George is doing the best he can for who he is. Someone had to take a stand on 9/11 and taking it to the terrorists is the path he is presently on. I do not feel bad for George.

If it were another making Presidential decisions we could all be fighting on our soil! Or a 1000 other possibilities.

It is what it is.

Yes I do. He made an honest mistake when he started the war since he was misinformed, and so were the others that backed him. Plenty of people were on his side in the beginning. Now that things aren't going well, everyone blames just one man, the president. There are plenty of others to blame as well.

How can one feel bad for a person that distorts the truth?
How can one feel bad for a person who repeatedly refuses to do the right things for their citizens? I have no love but a great passion to see him separated from his position as Governor of the United States(you have to win an election legally to be called President).
