How do I start drinking healthier with out the caffiene comedown, I always get headaches when I try to stop drinking it, Am I the only one?

There are so many of you with such experience.The caffeine level in Pepsi is not that high but truly addictive. It is not really necessary to completely avoid it but try to drink minimally and try decreasing gradually. Once you start to feel thirsty immediately quenched it with a healthy drink. Withdrawing from it is not a big deal. Mild headaches can be relieved by analgesic ,paracetamol or tylenol for instance. Just bear with temporary mild discomforts.Just a week and all will be ok.

no ur not the only one caffeine is actually proven to be addicting but its not considered a narcotic although it does give you a rush just like most drugs.. your just going to have to start drinking more water and if u get a headache then take a tylenol because theres nothing else you can really do but once u get over the three day hump your not addicted

well, when you feel things like that, get a bottle of pure water, drink it. I swear this is gonna help you.

yes that happens to me too!! actually I have a headache right now but I dont have any pop!! it sucks eh! no your not the only one...
