sure... artificial insemination when combined with clomid and an injectable hormone, like pregnyl will increase your odds of multiples... HOWEVER, doctors won't do this just for the fun of it... they have to find a probelm in order to perscribe medications. multiple pregnancies have additional health concerns for doctors also... concerns about the mother's health. doctors try NOT to get an outcome of multiples if they can help it!
i had 14 eggs last month that were ready for ovulation when using the above mentioned treatments. my doctor REFUSED to ccontinue with the artificial insemination because of the GROSS number of potential fetus'.
with invitro-fertilization a doctor will only implant 2 eggs into the uterine wall... so the only way to get more than 2 is for eggs to naturally split (HIGHLY unlikely). BUT, invitro will cost approx $10,000 per month of attempts IN ADDITION to all of the drugs.

Yes through IVF, In Vitro Fertilization. It's costly & some insurances only pay a small portion.

Of course it is, in fact it's probably more likely because they usually put in more than one embryo. But I doubt they would be identical try fertility drugs most people end up with multiples

the share of different births has better increadably on account that man made insemination and ivf remedies became presented as they under no circumstances usualy put in only one embryo meaning the percentages are better of a special being pregnant

You can try in-vitro fertilization. They generally implant multiples anyway.
