I think you should stick with Alex. You don't want people thinking you named your kid after a Baldwin, do you? :)

I love that name it is so cute of a little boy if I had a boy I was going to use that name as a first name or a middle but I had a girl instead but I really like that name. I think it is a very different but common name but I love it.Congrats on the baby

Yep, my first reaction was "Alec Baldwin" ewww.
Alex is better (but if I was naming my son, it would be either Robert, Steven, Keith, or Kevin... so what do I know??) Congrats!

dont worry about what other people say.... if you like it then stick with it. Who cares about all the big stars anyway your child is not going to be them. i wanted to name our little girl cadence and everyone told me i shouldnt so i listened and to this day still wish i would have.
