eyelashes growth is not affected by makeup, but they can start falling out so try to use some oil before applying mascara. If indeed they stop growing then it could be some kind of health problem

my mom always warns against using mascara because she says it will make your eyelashes fall out. but i don't know if she just says that so i won't wear it.
