whats up with all these kids trying to hook up on the net its crazy! am i the only one that feels this way?

I'm 13 and don't try to hook up. But i think it is wrong because they meet then sue the company for some god knows reason and then everyone else can't answer questions. But it's stupid and wrong because you can't hook up with someone based on their answers they may be lying out of their skin.

Don't be so condescending. So they are 12/13/14, and stupid. Doesn't mean they have any less of a right to be here than us. We were that age too, hell I'm only 18ish regardless. Yer not the only one who feels this way, we all think they are much worse than we were, but that's what happens. Why do you think our parents thought we were crazy? =P

I think they just want to feel secure that they have a boyfreind/girlfreind like some of the people in their school so if someone they dont know asks "do you have a boyfreind?" they can say yes and look all cool. Im 13. I know some people who do that. But im totally against it. eeewww how do i even no those people r guys!!

What happened is Myspace was closed down for a few hours because of a power outage - twice! and then Yahoo IM went down, so they had no place else to go. They like it here, where they have more freedom. It's too stinking hot to go outside, or even to the mall.

I think if kids can help out they should, especially on the teen and preteen stuff. But when they try to hook up, I think that's not useful for others. I'm with ya.

not u aren't the only one!!! seriously those kids think it is cool to hook up with older people but seriously they are just kids and it is easy to tell! i'm just sorry for those kids that they don't have real life and don't take advantage of their age as they should.

iam thinking the same way..there is a lack of parental control here..in yahoo products category, there are a lot of users wanting to chat or other..they are miscategorizing their questions..ah well..

i think its okay if they want to ask serious questions but they should not try to hook up with someone they don't know
