Have you looked at researching using the online job search engines?
You're right at the in-between age - don't give up - you'll find something.
Do a targeted seach for Portland, OR and target part-time jobs too.

Go to various staffing companies, they are the best! :-) Even if they can't help you they should be able to direct you to a place that can. The employment department is great too!
