Missing a meal would be the worst of your options.

I miss sleep on a regular basis. But i make it up on my days off.

I cannot remember the last time i missed a deadline, so that one really doesn't apply.

And a real friend would understand if i missed my rendezvous with her.....as long as i had a real excuse, and really couldn't make it.

But missing a meal.....well, then i'd be *hungry*! And i don't like being hungry.

Missing a Deadline. You could lose your job, lose rank, lose pay. Missing a deadline is a good way to fail at life. If your boss can't depend on you, he will find someone new. Then you have to find a new job or go back to college. Miss a deadline at college and it isn't because you were in the hospital, and you can fail and never find a good job again. Well, in an extreme case at least.
I figure that sleep is overrated, food can always be found later, and your friends, if they are true friends, will understand and accept your apology.

In order --

Missing a rendez-vous with a friend -- if it was somebody I liked a lot or didn't get to see that often.

Missing a deadline -- makes me feel flustered and overwhelmed when I can't get something done on time!

Missing sleep -- I turn into a cranky, spaced-out biatch.

Missing a meal I can deal with -- I can go a couple of days without food if I'm super busy. Not the healthiest thing in the world, but it's great for the waistline. ;)

D - Missing a rendezvous with a friend, because being late or not showing up is really disrespectful, and friends are the most important thing (after kids)

1. Hugo
2. Spider eggs and the Haunta Virus
3. Krusty brand partially gelatinated non-dairy gum based beverage.
4. PJ Cornucopia's Fantastic Food Magorium and Great American Steakery.
5. Texas Cheesecake Depository.
6. Toothpick.

well i no missing some sleep is bad, coz i struggle to sleep every-nite, my mind races....but i'd say the worst is D). missing a rendezvous with a friend, coz life is there to be enjoyed, and missing out on a good time, is just sad.

missing a rendezvous with a friend! Because my friendships are more important to me than all that other stuff

Missing sleep, because being tired puts me in an awful mood, which makes me not hungry, makes me lack the motivation to make that deadline, and makes me short and rude with my friends.
