I'm awefully lost when it comes to jewelry making, but I thought it might be a fun thing to try. I bought the supplies I need, including this pretty cameo and the setting for it. How do I attach the cameo to the setting? Glue? Or is there something fancier I have to do?
Thanks for your help!

Here's a link to a chart that tells about the uses of some of the different adhesives used in jewelery making. Hope it helps!

Glue works. It will hold a bit better if you scuff up the back of the cameo and the surface of the setting where it will be with a finger nail file or fine sandpaper. Not too much, just a little. Wipe off the dust and apply the glue to both surfaces. Wait a bit until the glue gets tacky, then put them together. Be sure to let the glue dry thoroughly (usually 24 hours) before wearing it, or going on to the next step if there is one.

There's a certain glue that works really well. I think it's E-6000. Use that. DIY network has a great jewelry show and the website has directions on the stuff they make. I think it's lots of fun!
