Israel, Syria, and Iran would destroy each other so no one would "win". Technology wise Israel has some of the most powerful weapon systems outside of the United States, especially for such a relatively small nation. However, Syria would most likely resort to the WMD that they are rumored to of recieved from Iraq during "Humanitarian Aid" flights to their country in 2002. Syria launches, so then Israel launches. So basically mutually assured destruction of all three.
