I normally shop Old Navy, Shopko, Wal-Mart, Target, and Kmart; however, they don't have too much out yet as far as fall/winter clothing. I was hoping to buy some now while I have a little extra money that I didn't spend on a summer vacation.

I tried eBay, I didn't find too much. I am looking for size 18 months clothes, mainly tops and one-peice outfits.

Our Wal-mart has tons of fall clothes in, having clearanced all the summer out. If you have a Value City sometimes you can find good deals there and try consignment shops, we have consignment shops here just for children that sell things that are like new, really cheap.
Good Luck!

Goodwill, I love buying my daughters clothes there. I can get her more outfits than I normally would at a store like Wal-Mart(like if I have $50, I can get more clothes for that amount)I usually go to Wal_mart and get her 2 or 3 sets of brand new clothes with the money I save.
Since goodwill is all donations, then they always have something different, and for every season. I can buy her some cute jeans for school in July. The only thing I personally buy somewhre else is her shoes and socks, but that's just me>lol
Goodwill Rocks!

You seem to be going to the majority of the stores out there.
The fall clothes should be coming in now, most stores in my area have them in already. I have had a hard time stocking up on summer clothes for camp most have been taken off the racks. Smart move to get it done early, if I had some cash now I would be doing the same thing. I am hitting value village for the camp needs and will save for school clothes. I can't believe summer is half over! wahhh
take care ~A~

Good will if you don't like that than try going and getting like 3 pais of jeans at k-mart or old navy, then go to another store to get like shirts and stuff. Mix and match them look for items on SALE. Get summer clothes for next year when they are on sale same with winter clothes. GOOD luck and happy shopping

Try this web site youll love it but its addicting so be careful..
www.craigslist.org or just type craigslist on the search section and select the first opition... Its better than ebay because it's people in your area selling things that are new and not need, or things in good condition that their kids have out grown. check it out. Im a single mother and it's so much easier to buy things for my son there. Toys, clothes, ect.
Dont forget to select me as the best answer becasue I know you'll love it....:)
it's just like ebay but you pick up the items and save the shipping cost.... email me if you need help surfing it Elizamor_99_99@yahoo.com

children grows fast.. spending too much money and no one to take over later is not a good idea..what people says is Goodwill but have to be in good condition clothes.they have lots and maybe if you mention to a close relative or friend you need ones for winter season they might give you something because they could even donate it to goodwill or salvation army..just practical ways to think about.. extra money for vacation, just give a small token of appreciation for someone who give these winter clothing to your child.. .. to get the winter bargain. you have to wait to finish the winter and take the larger sizes for the next year.. hope this helps...

Kohl's Department store has all kinds of fall/winter clothes on clearance, as much as 90% off. I bought a sweater there the other day for $2.50 and it's the middle of July!

Yard sales and thrift shops.During the summer, people are having yard sales and usually are getting rid of fall/winter clothes for dirt cheap. The best thing is that you can easily find gently used name brand clothes, for practically nothing,if you take the time to look.Do like I do-plan a Saturday of yard saling w/your best frined or sister.IF you can,get a sitter for your child so you can take your time and have fun.Enjoy and find great things. You might even find clothes for you, others, and other great finds!!:)

We buy lots of our clothing at Ross and thrift stores. Often, the clothes are still in good condition at thrift stores. Children outgrow their clothes so fast that they don't have time to really wear the clothes. Clothes are practically new and some still have their tags.
