No. Immigrants can be a pain, especially when they don't contribute to society or make any effort to integrate into the country, but America has a duty like all other able countries to help people who can't help themselves. I think it would be better to use a similar system to Australia, everyone has to contribute to the country somehow otherwise they can't come in.

Yes. And let me tell you why. For the last decade or so, our immigration system has been abused incredibly. We have taken in through both legal and illegal means, many times the number of immigrants we can safely absorb.

At this point, it would take a complete moratorium on immigration for 10 to 20 years to fix the incredible problems caused by the influx of people. That's the price we pay for allowing ten times the number of people in as we did during the great migrations of the past.

no i dont. we need immigrants to keep our economy thriving. I think we should crack down on ILLEGAL immigrants though.

ALL EDUCATED AND INTELLIGENT PEOPLE FROM MY COUNTRY LEAVE TO SETTLE IN USA WHERE THEY GET HIGHER PAYS+SECOND CLASS TREATMENT.
