My inground pool will occasionally turn cloudy, particularly after a heavy rain or after shocking the pool with calcium hypochlorite. The cloudiness is usually caused by a carbonate solid that forms when the pH gets too high, as when I shock the pool. It can also get too high from rain, because the rainwater has a lot of dissolved carbon dioxide in it.
To eliminate the cloudiness, I simply run my filtration system contnuously for about a day. In addition, you can purchase surfactants that help the "cloudy particles" aglomerate together which promotes easier filtration. One brand of this addititve is called "Polysheen" and it is available at most pool supply places, and even Walmart has an equivalent. You can recognize it by the blue color that is added to the product tomake it more attractive to the customer.
I would be careful about the suggestion to add acid if you have a typical gunnite pool. You don't want to go below the pH range recommended by the pool manufacturer. Adding acid will only drive the particulate into solution. But if you get the pH too low you can also drive the plaster walls of the pool into solution as well.....not good.
I also found a link below that may help.

There is no remedy sorry. What you could try is simply swimming in it for a while. What it is is millions of tiny bubbles. That's what's causing the milky effect. So nothing can be done chemically, just swim in it. It'll go away.

Load it up with acid (sodium bisulphate) which will really lower the PH then hit it with a load of strong chlorine big time. Put the pump on constant for at least 24hours.

i don't think i'm familiar with this but i think you just have to put LOTS of chlorine in the water so it turns blue again and that white stuff would just go away..
