Did The Burgundians speak German in the 15th century?

I'm Sure that they spoke French to a degree, but was German still thier most commong lanugage?

Burgandy covered the Netherlands, Belguim, parts of Germany and parts of France. The languages would be similar to today. That may be one reason there is no Burgandy any longer.
