We have a problem here at work! We have roaches and it grosses me out! Alot of times roaches will crawl out of our printers, out of the microwave, up the walls, across the floors, and one even came out of my keyboard today! We have called pest control to come in and spray and they have been 2 times in the past 3 months but it is not helping! they told us that roaches eat the ink from the printers and the sticky glue off of post it notes! i hate roaches and they really gross me out! what else can we do to get rid of them? Dont get me wrong - we dont see them everyday, but alot of times we'll see one crawling out! help!

u work in an unhealthy environment...u can get sick from roaches...sounds like theres a nest of them somewhere.only way u gonna be rid of them is if they find the nest..but u can put roach baits on ur desk to help...they will get into ur hair,ears,clothes,purse,etc...make sure u shake everything out before u get home.....or u could find another job

OK, I know they are gross, but . . .
First, are you sure they are roaches. The fact that you are seeing them come out only one at a time and during the day is odd behavior for roaches. They are nocturnal and travel in HUGE packs. Usually, you know you have them when you walk into a dark room and turn on the light and see lots of them scuttering away. Or move furniture and see a bunch move.
If you are in a suburban area rather than an urban one, you may be seeing wood roaches. OK, maybe that doesn't make you feel any better, but they are really TOTALLY different, honest. They are outdoor bugs that ocassionally stumble into a house or office that is near the woods or has trees near it -- I do, and I get them once in a while. They are bigger than normal roaches, too and show up in the daytime.
If you are still convinced you have the REAL thing, the link below has about 27 tips from users at eHOW.com on ways that you might get rid of them. It is aimed at houses, not offices, but a lot of the stuff could probably transfer.

ewww if i were u i would quit or not go back to work until they are gone!! they can get into ur clothes, purse,etc and u can carry them home and then have roaches in your home!!! and not even know it!! stay away from work or u WILL carry them home!!!
and if ur able 2 see them in daylight crawling, believe me that's very bad
