Do you know that cue cards are cards held up by someone located near the camera so the person on camera can read what is wrote there? That would have absolutely nothing to do with someone lisping.

He uses what's called a Tele-promp-ter.
It's a tv screen with words on it that you read.
That's what Jay uses.
