I just started using net flix.com and they told me that I should get my dvd by the 2nd bussiness day and also got an email saying to expect the dvd's by Wen. well.....no dvd in my mailbox! I ordered them sat. anyone have experience with this site?

Yeah, I think I am going to like it but I hope this is the only time I am going to have a delay, I am anxious to see the movie I ordered, I do like that I will never have a late charge, I usually have late fees of $35 and that has got to stop.

We use it and have been satisfied. They do monitor the speed of delivery every so often but have no explanation as why yours haven't arrived. They ARE a little difficult to get hold of. In fact, VERY difficult to get hold of for support.

i had net flix a long time a go and was part of their class-action suit against them. Net flix rips people off. They don't really have any controll of when you might get the movie. If your a big movie buff like me they put you at the end of the line to get your requested videos. I would just go with blockbusters or hollywood videos if you want to watch movies.

Remember since the post office is closed on sunday that is one day off of your time. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer to get there depending on the availability of the dvd. Sometimes they even get here in one day. I'm not sure why it still hasn't gotten there. but look online or call them about this. Dpn't let this discourage you from using netflix, i really enjoy it and think it is a great buisness

Dont they have a site where yo can contact them with problems like this? I dont use netflix I use the blockbuster one cuz they give you free movies.

i use them and i usually have a good experience with them...however, they have a distribution center in the city where i live...so its easier for me to receive them in a timely manner...its funny you mention this because they just settled a lawsuit about this very issue...you may want to email their customer service...i have been using them for about 4 yrs and i really like it....

my friend gets nrtflix too. just give them time, they'll get there.
