not easily. something like that needs to be done professionally. if you need an extra USB port you can buy a PCI card that can add up to 5 USB ports to your computer. usually cost around $20. much cheaper alternative to getting the USb port on your motherboard fixed

Like the previous answer, I'll say sometimes. Ussually you have more than 1 port though. If there remains a port that still works, you can get a USB "splitter" or "hub" to hook in there and give you several ports. Or you can add a PCI USB card.

No because the printer port is bigger. You can buy an adapter at the link below hower or a PCI card that has a printer port (link also below).

if it is integrated into the motherboard it is not good to try to replac.

Buy a PCI card that has multiple UBS connections in it and use that or if you have a working USB space you can connect a USB hub

Some of them can, some of them can't, depends if it is part of the motehrboard or not. You can always add another usb card if you want.
