You were right when you kicked him out the first time, but since you guys never had a divorce, maybe it's time to. It's been a couple of years already and I think it should be done. Unless you have personal feelings for him? I've always said "once a cheater, always a cheater" and also your husband also has a baby with another woman. Do really think that getting back with him will solve all your problems? From here, it looks like you'll create more problems. So I say ditch him.

It's time to completely cut him off. He has apparently moved on, it's time for you to do the same. Divorces are messy we all know that, but if he's living with someone else, and has a child, then he isn't worth your time, not now, not ever. Take to heart how the baby's life will be effected by you taking him back. Tell him to hit the road, and hit it hard.

Sounds like he has his cake and eats it too, I'd say hit the road jack and don't you come back no more, no more , no more , no more.lol Besides what's this doing to the kids involved. As far as the store. One of you will have to buy the other out.. or sell it and split profits, hard to do but only way to get out of each others lives for good.

Part ways... buy out his half of the store and part ways. He cheated on you once... why would you put yourself through that again? Remember the pain that came with him??? File for divorce... he has a child with this other woman... do you want to deal with that? Have a portion of HIS paycheck go to a child that doesn't belong to you? There's too much baggage now. Move on!

You're going to take him back, but since you're asking. You can tell him to hit the road, kick it, slap it do whatever he wants with the road.

I really think he has moved on. He has a new family. I think he just calls you to stroke his own ego. He knows he can have you whenever he wants. I really hate to say this, but I think it is time for a divorce and to move on. Sorry.
