What makes you think it is seized?? Just because the starter does not turn the engine over?
If you know it is seized and what conditions caused it, then please list them.
What DanK said is good - and be patient and wait a week - NO WD40- though. Get your breaker bar and rock it 2- 3 times a day. Got to love that PB Blaster....... & MMO
In my humble experience it is not worth trusting with your family out 12 miles unable to get back -
You can short block it for $800 bucks

Are you sure it is the motor and not the drive? Sorry to say there is no good place on a 3.0l to put a breaker bar and rock the motor, there is no bolt in the crankshaft as V motors have. If the reason for the seizure is the motor, was it water injested or lack of oil? If water you will need to find the cause of the water intrusion. Sometimes you are better off to buy a reman motor, Try Mercury Marine reman, they have drives and motor, can't beat the warranty.

I also agree on the marvel mystery oil - that or PB blaster. Try working the crankshaft bolt with a big socket wrench after letting it sit a day a week or whatever. If still no good - pull the heads and inspect to see how bad the rust may be.

Unscrew the spark plugs. Spray as much WD40 as you can in each plug hole put the plus in just finger tight. Wait 24 hours and see if it will turn over. You can remove the plugs to reduce the power it will take to turn the motor over. Just be aware that the penetrating oil will spray out of the plug holes if it does turn over.

When is the last time you changed yer oil? Any coolant in engine? Won't crank? Battery good? If you did indeed "seize" the engine, then you are hosed. Major work and money are in your future.
