the reason i posted this question is because although i know he was a very good football player back then but will he also be a good coach?? yess..he was a captain and lead his team to two world cups but will he be able to lead them as a coach?? will he gain their respect?? he will be dealing with the likes of star footballers and millionaires to start with..will they respect him?? the age difference is also of concern because he is 42-relatively young to be a coach..especially a coach for brazil that is..will they listen to what he says or not?? but i hope he can pull something off like klinsmann did with germany..but then again..germany is a relatively young team for klinsmann to start with..what do u think??

Dunga was a great player now only time will tell if he's got what it takes to be a great coach.

he is a former defensive midfielder
from 1994 he took captain role for the next four years until the 1998 World Cup
The 1998 tournament was notable for the lack of teamwork. It was often visible as Dunga almost got into a physical fist fight against teammate Bebeto in the first round match against Morocco, forcing the rest of the team to break them up

do you think a player like that will do fine??
no i think he should be changed

I asked the same question, the general response is "let's wait and see". He doesn't have a record as coach. I am a bit concerned because in a recent interview he agreed with Parreira's defensive coaching style and well, we saw the results.

Brazil won't win again if they continue their selfishness, no matter who their coach is. I think for now, they will be on a losing drought like they were from 1970-1994. And it's a fact that Brazil is overrated. France totally outplayed them, like they always do.
