Nadal has proven to be a great player like Federer. But I think the main difference is that Nadal has proven to be a winner mainly on clay courts. He defeated Federer in the semis and finals at the French Open. However, Nadal is young, energetic, and has a similar game to Agassi. On the other hand, Federer has such a balanced game and an intelligent mind. He has proven he can win anywhere and anytime. Thus, I choose Federer because he can beat different type of players, and Nadal can't. This will be a good rivalry though.

Do you mean head-to-head or overall, and what time frame are you looking at?

First of all, to dismiss Nadal as only a clay court specialist would be foolish. Clay is his dominant surface, but look what he did at Wimbledon, and he's already pretty tough on hard courts.

If we're talking overall major wins, Federer has an 8-2 lead, so he'll be hard to overtake there. Head-to-head, Nadal is up 6-2, so I will give Rafa the edge here, as I believe they'll be very even for the balance of their careers.

Nadal has beaten Federer more than Federer has beat Nadal. It is 6-2

I think that Roger Federer is slightly more talented than Rafael Nadal, so he'll probably continue to win more matches against him.

I think Federer will remain the better of the two players. Nadal will do better on slower surfaces but Federer will win the most overall.

I think Federer is more talented than Nadal because if Nadal is gonna go down than he's gonna go way far back. But I don't think that Federer is gonna go down because he already won so much titles. But I think he's gonna retire when he's old.

No way, Federer is more consistent than Nadal and can play on almost every surface.

I think that both are equally matched, just that nadal is more talented on clay while fedderer dominates on all the other courts.
