Consider it a challenge to max out on sin before doing the 'born again' shuffle. And just think how happy God and all His devoted nutters will be when a mega-sinner like what you will be comes back to the fold. So sin now and get heaven later - that's a combo deal that can't be beat. Over to you.

What happens if you never get to that point? If you are considering accepting Jesus as your savior, then sinning shouldn't even be on your mind as something to do. But if you want to see how much you can do before you take that step, then all I can say is don't tempt God. He may just call your name and then you won't have a chance to repent.

It is not a matter of HOW much every sin is too much. However you can always repent even up to your death. (there was a guy who did that on the cross next to Jesus) The problem is you may not know when you will die it could happen without warning.

1 sin is 1 too many. Of course, we all sin. It is the attitude that must change. You must RESOLVE not to sin again. You must avoid the temptation of sin. You must be sincerely sorry for your sins.

Once you accept Christ, your attitude will change. He will touch your heart and heal it. When that happens, you won't want to sin anymore.

You really don't know what you are saying here because you never know when you are going to die! You may die before you get that chance to "convert" So stop playing around! God is not mocked!

I like to read what people have to say about their spiritual journeys. As a part of this curiosity to know about what others experience, I like to read daily devotions. The one I read most often is Forward day-by-day. As it happens today's forward day- by-day answers your question.
Here is the link.

Here is the text of the devotion:
Roberta Bondi, in her book To Love as God Loves, has one of the most beautiful descriptions I have ever read of God's healing love. She writes: "God is love. God loves beyond our dreams, extravagantly, without limit. Whatever we might imagine God's love for us to be, it is far deeper, steadier, gentler. It cannot be manipulated or bargained with. It cannot be earned or lost. It fills the whole creation with light. It shines with a kind of joy in the heavens, and it illuminates each blade of grass, each tiny bug, opening our eyes to see them. It is the air we breathe, the ground we walk on, the food we eat.
"This love draws us to God in ways we know and in ways we do not know, for God made our universe in such a way that everything created is attracted to God, its creator and lover. Nothing exists whose deepest being is not turned toward God. Everything that exists only becomes what it is meant to be as it moves toward God. The movement toward God is the movement of the planets and the tides, the sun and the moon, the birth, growth, and decay of animals and plants, and the loving movement of human beings toward other human beings."

I think of sins as mistakes. People make mistakes. Forgiving for mistakes is healing but it does not mean that mistakes don't happen. So rather than thinking of how many mistakes you can make... do the "pay it forward" thing and think instead of how many mistakes in yourself and in others you can forgive.

"Born Again" Christianity is just sinning with crappy music.

It's OK, "Born Agains" are convinced they are saved already. Doesn' matter WHAT they do - saved. Murder, rape & pillage - saved.

Wouldn't bother converting to B.A just yet!!

Sin all you want...just as long as you are "saved" before you die and then you'll get into heaven.
