I'm as gay as they come, but for some reason, gay guys are boring to me. I'm not attracted to them at all. I'm really just attracted to straight guys and I hate it because I know nothing will ever come of it! It's more than just a sexual thing too. For some reason, I'm emotionally attracted to them as well.
Any insights to why this is? What should I do?

I read some of the other responses and agree with some.
Maybe you should be looking for a guy who doesn't 'flame' so much. Some like it...some don't.
My guy friend can flame when he wants to, and acts Butch (as he calls it) when he's around his elders (small town / small minds). He dated someone who was a 'Queen Diva'. I swear...he was more female than any girl I know. They didn't last long--too many cat fights.
Did it ever occur to you that you may be looking for a 'Virgin'... Some one you can teach (so to speak). Some one who doesn't have too much baggage etc...when it comes to male partners.

i get along wit ma gay friends and they have the same problems as u maybe look for a gay guy dat aint so sensitive a lil more manly but who likes guys... maybe u should juss keep lookin??

Because you have the mind of a woman, and women like straight men. This of course means that when you go out with gay men, its really the minds of two straight women going out with each other despite the fact that they are not lesbian. Yuk!

Hmmmm, m aybe because they are your "opposite". you know?? like they say : opposite attract!!! they didnt say "opposite sex only" so i think that you are attracted this much to straight guys because gay ones are just "not as exciting and mysterious to you!!!" U love adventure

aw well its prolly cuz like u knw u cant get them so u want them even more. u knw wht i mean?
its like when a guy is best friends with a girl and he never even thought about her more than a friend b4 but all of a sudden she gets a bf and he suddenly like has feelings for her, but its cuz he knws he cant have her. u see guys and once they tell u they r strait or u find out they r strait then all of sudden its like u like them even more..
