How do you dress up a blazer to make it more girlie?

The blazer I have is black and short-sleeved - I got it from Target and I really think it needs dressing up.

Sounds cute! I have one that's like that. I'd say wearing something with sparkle or shine, like gold or silver or pearls accessories- a belt, a top, a necklace or earrings, would dress up the black. Make sure not to wear too dark of a top underneath it though, a lighter or richer color underneath would look best. Heels are also a sexy way to dress up a blazer!

If you have the body for it, a corset or bikini top or really fancy bra looks nice under a blazer. If not, then a girlyish top, and heels. Nice hair and make up too of course.

Wear it with a pair of skinny jeans and super high heels, put a very sexy flashy cami underneath, and wear your hair in banana curls, you could even put a studded broch on it
