Not really, actually, if they dont keep contact ,, that means that they have maybe a BAD PERSONALITY that you aint even aware of??? breaking up does not always mean erasing the person from ourlifes!!! some of my X bf turned out to be good friends. it is just easier when you are in different towns in order to make the new "love" not fell uncomfortable!!

It only bothers me when he goes over to her place and fixes things- I'm always asked to go along and his kids 18 & 30 are there. I don't always go, but I'd LOVE to send her his laundry and some other things for her to do!! It also bothers me when they talk on the phone and reminisce over "old" times. I can't get more than 2 sentences out of him on any subject before we disagree on something. ahhhhh

I have been through that in the past. The important word there is "PAST."
We are no longer together because of it.
If you have children together, there is a reason to remain amicable and have contact. Otherwise there is no reason to ever hear "but we're just friends!"
Riiiiiiiight.

Jen just says that because she does it...
Hell yeah and it should bother you. You have a new intimate other now, it is too easy to cross back and forth with ex's.

A little, but he does have a daughter with her which requires him to contact her. I know he loves me though, so its all good. Besides, I talk to her to and she's even taken care of my baby... which is cool. I am repaying the favor this weekend and taking care of her little one.

No, as long as he remains faithful to me why should I care? Some exs are best friends, but as a couple they could not stand each other.

Nope. It means they still have a good friendship, which means they're both good communicators. I certainly wouldn't want to date anyone that's a bad communicator. :)
