This is uncanny...it's literally the 3rd question in a row on this topic. But, my opinion remains the same:
The Wizard of Oz. Written in 1899, filmed in 1939 and it's timeless. A beautiful story, academy award winning music, the first movie in color (tied w/ Gone w/ the Wind), good for all generations. And, virtually everyone has seen it. I don't think any other movie has been watched (and sung) so often and by so many people

All About the Benjamins (2002)...
A bounty hunter (Ice Cube) is on the trail of a conman (Mike Epps) who skipped bail. The two wind up in a deserted warehouse where they witness a diamond scam in action, caught in the midst they put their differences aside to team up and detain the looters.
It's seriously the funniest movie I have ever seen... there wasn't a part where I wasn't laughing...if you haven't seen it you should

There are several movies that I like. However, if I still were a kid, I would choose Walt Disney's 'The Jungle Book' as my favorite.
