Think of all your interests & ask yourself if any of those could be expanded into a business. Just keep in mind...what's your expertise? What are your interests? What could you imagine yourself doing?

By researching the prospect of starting your own business -- what it entails, what you need to know, helpful hints, etc -- you'll feel better prepared to take that plunge.

You could get into coaching i.e. business, life, health, etc... All you need is a computer, phone, and Internet access. If you are good at making something perhaps you sell whatever the product is that you make. You could be a Virtual Assistant. You could even try writing a book in e book format and selling it online. How to books are very popular. If you have experience as a bookkeeper maybe you could offer financial services or advice to new startups. I hope some of this helps. Good luck.

A good company is one with 5 or more years of steady growth. One that is located in North america( avoid all over seas scams.)One with an exellent membership with the direct sellers association this way you are protected as a distributor the company can not up and change the compensation plan. Make sure it cost less than 1000 to join as well as join a company that has been arround long enough to have matured and proven they will be arround for a long time as well as one that is just hitting the mommentum stage. If you want to become a millionaire being before the critical mass is important.
Join a company that is selling or promoting something that consumers can not get anywhere else....

Have you considered doing home parties? They're a lot of fun, you work at home most of the time, but still get to get out and interact with people. I know many of them have low start up costs and some have ways for you to earn your starter kit for free.

I wanted to be a work at home mom, so I explored a lot of options, decided I wanted to do home parties, and chose Passion Parties.
