I don't like football I think its boring. American Football is little better.

I like baseball but only watch one game a year and don't really pay attention to the standings.

Its just a hobby pretty much. Most guys think they are manly if they know everything about it. Whats worse here in the States is number of girls who fake interest in it and act jocky and just like the guy fans. Only thing I can think is that they feel they will get more guys by being like them.

Well see, we used to be obsessed with 5EX, but women kept saying "WHY are men all obsessed with 5EX", so we had a meeting in the locker room and we decided to abandon the S thing and become obsessed with Football instead.

Are you even in the right category? And I'm a girl who loves football (soccer), just like many women love the beautiful game, about half its fans are female!

Several reasons. One, not all men are interested in sports. Proof of this is in my own home. Two, Men love anything that involves the physical (have you ever notice that they love fight scenes, contact sports, fact moving cars). It's a boy thing.

Not all of us. Personally I'm obsessed with motorbikes and motorcycle racing. Ball sports are all pretty boring in comparison.

sports in general give us a chance to escape from reality by providing a distraction. let's face it, we all want lots of money, gorgeous supermodel girlfriends, and compete for a living. but not everybody grows up to be athletes. most of us end up w/ dead-end jobs, nagging wives, bulging guts, and nothing but gamedays to look forward to. so we do the nxt best thing: watch and root for the lucky guys on the field/court.

watch it, maybe you'll like it! if you have an SO who's obsessed with it get him to explain it to you (not during crucial games though). For some of us it's in our blood. It's more than just a sport, it's, well, everything!

football is a religion it is bigger than life its self.it brings poeple from all walks of life together and in some cases divides them.the differance between a win and a loss is what can change your mood for weeks.

try it

good luck

Not all men are into football, my husband isn't. Men have to have interests and being into football is better than him gambling, drinking etc.
