First of all pick a deodorant you fell best with.
AND 2nd of all just the right amount to cover the under arm area. You don't need a lot to smell good, and if you like take a nice relaxing bath with all natural spa treatments to comfort your self after a long days work.

Not much at all. If you still stink then you aren't using an appropriate deodorant. Try a different brand.

depends on the person I put it on in the morning and at night. Also the brand you use might not be strong enough so you have to test out a few different kinds

u might not be using the right deodorant. try different kinds and see which one works the best. if that doesn't work see a doctor because you could have a hormonal imbalance and need a prescribed deodorant.
