I have a good job, a good position from a big company in the world, not to mention it. But the problem is, the policies inside that office not the company, they are (no private calls, no break time "9am-7pm and if you want to eat, just eat on your table while doing your job", you need to do extra job which is not inline with your duty, you need to clean the office after work and the boss is so very conservative and strict, he talk like a lion in my side...
Guys, I dont know what to do...all I know is, I have the qualification to do the position and skills to do my job...

What country are you in? If you are in the U.S. you are entitled to 2 15 minute breaks and a half hour unpaid lunch during an eight hour period. 9-7 is 10 hours. I can understand no private calls because they can be done on your break (if you have one). Do some research and talk to your boss. If you don't get any results, go over his head. Take it further if needed after that...

you need a Union my friend. Be big start one, it may cost your job but its a lousey one anyway. I guess you must be in India or somewhere. If you get fired let everyone on here know and give us an E-mail address, we will bust the head office mail box with complaint , at least get the jumped up little manager the sack too :-)
