You should clean and dry your underarms thoroughly. If you are even a little bit damp, stick deodorant will not adhere to your skin properly and therefore causing underarm odor at the first sign of perspiration. Spray, solid or cream are all equally fine if you apply when dry. ALSO- many people I know say they have to change brands occasionally and then go back to their favorite. Personally, I use Dove solid and about every 4 months or so, I use 1 can of Degree spray before I go back to Dove. One more thing, DON'T over apply. Using too much will not help increase stinky protection.

Its not how much but finding the right kind that mixes well with you body chemistry. You know how you put on a perfume and it stinks it mean it dosen't mix with you body chemistry well. Degree for women is a really good one.If you have the gel that clicks it's usually 2 clicks stick its like 4 wipes.

If you believe you are smelling because of sweat then you should probably opt for an antipersperant and deodorant. Otherwise not too many, eventually you're probably just rubbing more off than you are putting on.

If you shower, and your deodorant is still not working for you, and you apply once showering, then maybe you should try a different deodorant. Try Degree stick. It works pretty good.

Swipe, smell, reflect. Swipe again, smell, reflect. Keep swiping, smelling, and reflecting, until you have reflected and decided that you smell pleasantly fresh and dry. Personally I do ten swipes under each arm every day.
