a best friend would respectfully listen to your personal truth (opinion) if it's offered respectfully and not 'get mad'. she 'gets mad' because she IS NOT your best friend - just an aquaintance who treats you good or bad depending on how she feels at the moment!
if this really is your best friend and not someone you are just USING, i'd go on politely speaking my (best friend) truth.

with her permission u can talk to that guy,n ask him y he has changed suddenly(i put changed suddenly coz,one doesnt enter a relationship unless she s happy)..? find out the probs both of them hav, with thier own point of view n then sit in judge over the better solution. there s a probability that ur frnd also needs some rectification..!

I know it's sounds harsh but if you're giving her your true advice and she's not taking it and getting mad, then what more can you do. I would tell her to stop telling me about her problems anymore. -If you don't like the answer don't ask!!!

Get more people to tell her that she needs to leave him, or find a way to make her realize that she needs to leave him

Not much you can do except commiserate with her. It's too bad that she doesn't feel that she deserves to have a happy relationship isn't it?

STOP TELL HER AND LET HER DO WHATEVER SHE WANTS. WHEN SHE CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE SHE WILL COME TO YOU.
